Refund policy

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email support@vantashop.us with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
